Fuster has a good reputation in the area, and the many positive reviews do confirm that. Our experience with them was unfortunately disturbed by our assigned assistant Judith who provided us on many occasions deliberately with wrong information. We had the strong sentiment that she put the interests of the other party above ours. On critical moments during the purchase process, she intentionally withheld crucial information about our rights and therefore weakened our position against the selling party. She even declared in writing that contracts are not 'rock solid' in Spain, thus damaging her own profession... Once caught out she behaved arrogant and obnoxious.
We believe that a different legal assistant would have given us a completely different experience at Fuster. We would recommend future clients of Fuster to decline any collaboration with her and request somebody else.
