The visa process can be daunting for people like me who don't deal with governments on a regular basis. Even though the visa renewal is supposed to be easier than the initial process, it is still different for everyone and requires high levels of focus and document gathering. I was trying to do it myself, but came to the realization that some help would be a good idea for my sanity. A friend referred me to Granada Immigration, which gave me so much peace of mind. She clearly knows the process in and out, and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. She saved me days/weeks of learning the ropes of dealing with the Spanish government and gave step by step instructions on how to complete each process. Don't come here and waste your time. I've never seen zero respect and zero professionalism in all of Spain. I arrived at the building with my son to speak with an attorney. They don't even let you in the building, they look at you through the cam and ask what you want. I told them I'm looking for an immigration attorney and if they speak English - to which they replied "no" and hung up. It was a rainy day and they just left us out in the rain, didn't even bother to open the door or atleast try to speak with me or anything. I rang again to try to make an understanding but they ignored me.0 stars and shame on you - you should be stripped of services to even run a business.

Hiring Isabel to handle our case for permanent residency was a very good decision. It made the whole process feel a lot less daunting and gave us the assurance that we had the best chance of a positive outcome in a slightly challenging situation with a tight deadline.

From the start, she always provided us with clear instructions and notes detailing everything that was relevant to our case, and she took any questions from us whenever she was available. Her English is excellent and she was easy to talk to.

She was also kind enough to help us with other things like getting a social security number which was unrelated to our residency applications at not extra cost, which we appreciated a lot.
